应用型体育人才培养背景下课程体系优化存在的问题探讨

摘　　要：课程体系的优化与创新是新的职教理念下应用型体育人才培养的重要环节。通过对体育职业院校的调研,了解课程体系优化取得的效果,也发现了在实施过程中的一些问题。如学生技能掌握与职业岗位要求仍有差距,学生职业素质培养存在薄弱环节,教学模式改革力度不足等。提出了从课程教学实施,实践条件改善,课程评价模式改革等方面着手,确保课程体系优化的效果,提高应用型体育人才培养质量的建议。The optimization and innovation of course system is a new concept of vocational education,an important part of the applied sports talent cultivation. Through investigation and research of sports vocational colleges,this paper finds the effect of the course system optimization,and some problems in the implementation,such as the gap between the reality and students’real abilities,weakness in stu？dents professional quality,insufficient reform in teaching mode,and so on. This paper puts forward the suggestions of curriculum teaching, practice condition improving,curriculum evaluation mode reforming to ensure the good results.
