摘  要:目的:探讨针灸抗皮肤衰老的作用及其机制。方法:将40只昆明种小鼠按随机数字表法分为空白组、模型组、针刺组、艾灸组各10只。除空白组外,其余各组复制D-半乳糖致亚急性衰老模型,连续42 d。造模第22天,针刺组给予针刺"足三里"、"关元"穴,艾灸组给予艾灸相同穴位进行治疗,观察小鼠皮肤组织脂褐质(LF)含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活性及羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量。结果:针灸治疗可降低衰老模型小鼠皮肤组织LF含量,增强T-AOC活性,升高HYP含量。结论:针灸能从一定程度上提高抗氧化能力,减轻脂质过氧化损伤,从而达到延缓衰老的目的,同时针刺组抗皮肤衰老的作用更为理想。Objective: To explore the anti-aging effect and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups- the blank group, the model group, the acupuncture group, and the moxibustion group, 10 mice in each group. In addition to the blank group, other groups were induced as subacute aging mouse model for 42 d. On the 22th modeling day, the mice in the acupuncture group received acupuncture at Zusanli ( ST 36 ) and Guanyuan ( CV 3) while the mice in the moxibustion group received moxibustion at the same acupuncture point. To observe the content of lipofuscin ( LF), activity of total anti-oxidation capability ( T-AOC ) and content of hydroxyproline (HYP) in the skin tissue of senile mice. Results: Acupuncture and moxibustion at Zusanli (ST 36) and Guanyuan (CV 3) could decrease the content of LF, enhance the activity of T-AOC, and increase the content of HYP in the skin tissue of senile mice. Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion has obvious anti-aging effects.
