摘　　要：目的了解我院儿科门诊处方用药情况，促进临床合理用药。方法从电子处方库中随机选取2012年7月至2013年6月本院儿科门诊就诊儿童共6000人次的电子处方，就合理用药项目进行分类统计和综合评价。结果每人次处方平均用药5．3种，平均药费61．7元，注射剂使用率60．5％，抗菌药物使用率53．6％，糖皮质激素使用率27．4％。结论儿科门诊处方用药基本合理，但还存在一些问题。医院药学部须加强用药宣教，提高儿科医师及患儿家长对儿童安全用药的认识。Objective To explore the medication situation of pediatric outpatient prescriptions at our hospital and to promote the rational drug use. Methods 6000 electronic prescriptions for children who visited pediatric clinics at our hospital from July, 2012 to June, 2013 were randomly selected from the electronic prescriptions database. Rational drug use items were classified and assessed integratively. Results Average 5.3 kinds of drugs was used in per prescription. The average prescription charge was 61.7 yuan. 60.5% drugs were used through injection. Antibacterials took account 53.6% and glucocorticosteroid 27.4%. Conclusions The medication of pediatric outpatient prescriptions is relativdy reasonable, although there are still some problems. The pharmacy department of the hospital should intensify propaganda and education concerning drug use and deepen the understanding of drug-using safety for both pediatricians and the parents of pediatric patients.
