整体护理在经皮冠状动脉内成形术＋支架置入术的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理在经皮冠状动脉内成形术＋支架置入术的临床效果。方法通过对2013年1月至2014年1月在我院采用经皮冠状动脉内成形术＋支架置入术进行治疗的280例患者随机进行分组，分为对照组及实验组，每组均为140例患者。对照组患者仅给予常规护理，实验组患者给予整体护理。观察比较两组患者的舒适度、满意度、并发症发生率差异。结果实验组患者舒适度较对照组患者明显提高（P〈0．05）；实验组患者满意度明显高于对照组患者（P〈0．05）；实验组患者急性血栓、伤口出血、低血压、迷走神经反射不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组患者（P〈0．05）。结论整体护理应用于经皮冠状动脉内成形术及支架置入术可有效提高护理效果，提高患者舒适度和满意度，降低并发症发生率，减轻患者痛苦。整体护理在经皮冠状动脉内成形术＋支架置入术护理中具有重要意义，临床值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of overall nursing care in percutaneous translational coronary angioplasty and stent implantation. Methods 280 patients undertaking percutaneous translational coronary angioplasty and stent implantation at our hospital from January, 2013 to January, 2014 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, 140 for each group. The control group were routinely nursed, while the experimental group received overall nursing care. The comfort degree of patients, satisfaction degree, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The comfort degree and satisfaction degree were higher and the incidences of acute thrombosis, wound bleeding, hypotension, adverse reaction of vigil reflex were lower in the experimental group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Applying overall nursing care in percutaneous coronary angioplasty and stent implantation can improve the nursing care effect, improve the patients＇ comfort and satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications, and relieve the patients. It is of great significance and is worth being clinically generalized.
