糖智宁胶囊抗糖尿病记忆障碍药效学研究

摘　　要：目的研究糖智宁胶囊对链脲佐菌素所致糖尿病大鼠血糖及记忆障碍的影响。方法采用链脲佐菌素腹腔一次性注射诱发SD大鼠糖尿病模型,随机分为模型组、糖智宁胶囊(0.47,0.94和1.40g·kg-1)治疗组、二甲双胍阳性组,另设正常对照组。给药20d后,测定小鼠血糖水平,并通过Morris水迷宫实验测试大鼠学习记忆能力,检测数据进行统计学处理。结果糖智宁胶囊治疗组和阳性组均能降低糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖;除低剂量外,各治疗组的学习记忆功能具有不同程度的改善。结论糖智宁胶囊具有较好的降血糖作用,对糖尿病大鼠记忆障碍有一定的防治作用。Objective To study the effects of Tangzhining Capsules （TZN Capsules） on blood glucose levels and dysmnesia in diabet-ic model rats induced by streptozotocin （STZ） .Methods Diabetic models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozoto-cin （STZ） in rats .The study was divided into diabetic model group ,TZN Capsules groups （0 .47 ,0 .94 and 1 .40 g ？ kg - 1 ） ,and metformin positive group ,and healthy rats were served as the normal control .After taken the drugs orally 20 days ,the blood glu-cose levels of each rat were determined ,and rats were tested in Morris water maze .Results TZN Capsules showed therapeutic ac-tion on diabetes rats .Except for those in the low-dose TZN Capsules group ,rat situation in other treatment groups had been im-proved .Conclusion TZN Capsules have a good hypoglycemic effect in mice ,and have a preventive effect for memory disorders .
