喜炎平注射液致不良反应文献分析

摘　　要：目的：分析喜炎平注射液所致不良反应的特点和原因，为临床安全用药提供参考。方法检索国内1994年1月～2013年6月应用喜炎平注射液出现的不良反应报道，从患者性别与年龄分布、既往过敏史、不良反应发生时间、累及器官或系统等方面进行整理、分析。结果喜炎平注射液所致不良反应相关文献共36篇，有效病例41例。喜炎平注射液引起的不良反应性别差异不明显，在各年龄段均有分布。不良反应多数发生在用药后30 min 内，且多为多系统损害，其主要症状为胸闷、心悸、呼吸困难、面色苍白、意识模糊、血压急剧下降、咳嗽、皮肤瘙痒、斑丘疹、荨麻疹等。过敏性休克发生率39．02％（16/41），死亡1例。结论引起喜炎平注射液不良反应的因素较多，机制较复杂。临床医师、药师、护士及药品生产企业都应重视喜炎平注射液的不良反应。Objective To analyze the status and characteristics of adverce drug reactions associated with Xiyanping Injections for ra-tional administration in clinic .Methods The domestic reports on adverce drug reactions caused by Xiyanping Injections from Janu-ary 1994 to June 2013 were retrieved .And the distribution of gender and age ,occurrence time of adverce drug reactions ,adverce drug reactions history of patients ,the primary diseases ,utilization of drugs ,organs or systems involved in adverce drug reactions and main clinical manifestations ,rescuing measures and prognosis were analyzed .Results There were 41 cases of adverce drug re-action caused by Xiyanping Injections published in 36 papers ,which had no obvious significance in gender and age .32 cases oc-curred in thirty minutes after administration ,which accounted for 94 .1% .The main clinical symptoms on adverce drug reaction included tachypnea ,chest tightness ,pale complexion ,no blood pressure ,mental confusion ,cough ,itch of skin ,maculopapule , urticaria and others .The allergic shock was common in all ADRs of Xiyanping Injections .Among 41 cases ,16 were an aphylactic shock （accounting for 39 .02% ） ,1 case was dead due to aphylactic reaction .Conclusion The adverce drug reaction caused by Xiy-anping Injections was related to lots of factors .The mechanism is complex .Clinical doctors ,pharmacist ,nurse and drug manu-facturer should pay attention to adverce drug reaction associated with Xiyanping Injections .
