我院开展药物相关基因检测的实践与体会

摘　　要：目的回顾我院药物相关基因检测工作开展情况。方法从实验室建立、检测项目和临床应用情况等方面进行阐述。结果我院已开展了30种药物相关基因检测,涉及吉非替尼、伊立替康、氯吡格雷等20余种药物,覆盖医院10余个科室。药物相关基因检测在促进个体化用药方面发挥了积极作用。结论进行药物相关基因检测是临床治疗发展的趋势,医院药师有必要深入开展相关工作,以确保用药安全有效。Objective To review the practice of drug related genetic tests in our hospital .Methods Related work including laborato-ry setup ,detection items and clinical use ,etc was introduced .Results Our hospital performed 30-type genes tests including 20 drugs such as gefitinib ,irinotecan ,clopidogrel ,etc ,and covered over ten clinical divisions .Pharmacogenetic tests in our hospital played an active role in personalized medicine .Conclusion It has become a global trend to apply pharmacogenetic discoveries to pa-tient care .Additional work is required for hospital pharmacists to promote the safe and effective use of medications .
