摘　　要：目的探讨CT诊断临床常见腹部急症炎性疾病的价值。材料和方法收集375例经我院门诊诊断急性腹痛患者的CT及临床资料,共发现病变212例(约占56.5%)。164例(约占77.4%)接受了住院治疗,从中选择常见的腹部炎性病变115例(占70.1%)进行研究。结果急性胆囊炎44例,急性阑尾炎30例,急性胰腺炎23例,胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔11例,肝周炎2例。结论各种腹部急性炎症性病变根据其发病部位,发病机制,均有其特征性CT征象。本研究为临床诊断腹部急症炎性病变提供诊断思路。Objective To evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen inflammatory lesions. Matecials and Metbods 375 cases of acute abdominal pain of patients＇ CT image and clinical data were collected.There are totaly 212 lesions（56.5%）.164 patients（77.4%） received treatment in hospital. 115 cases（70.1%） of common abdomen inflanamatory lesions were screened to study. Results There are 44 eases of cute cholecystitis,30 cases of acute appendicitis,23 cases of acute pancreatitis, 11 cases of gastroduodenal ulcer perforation and 2 cases of ritz-hugh-curtis syndrome. Conclusion According to the location and nosogenesis of the lesions, every kinds of acute abdomen inflammatory lesions have it＇s CT characteristic findings. This study provides diagnosis mentality.
