摘　　要：城乡一体化是我国现代化进程的一个阶段,是城乡经济社会一体化发展的动态过程。目前城乡一体化的重点是县域城乡一体化,县域经济发展是中国经济社会发展的重要基础和主要增长点。通过分析黑龙江省县域经济发展的现状,揭示了县域经济发展存在的主要问题,提出了黑龙江省发展县域经济、推进城乡一体化进程的战略选择。Urban - rural integration is a stage of the development process of modernization and is a dynamic process of economic and social integration of urban and rural development. Currently the focus of urban - rural integration is county urban - rural integration. County region devel- opment is an important foundation and the main growth point of China~ economic and social development. By analyzing the status of county economic development of Heilongjiang Province, reveal major problems on the development of country economy, put forward the strategic choices that develop county economy and promote the process of urban - rural integration in Heilongjiang Province.
