广州临空经济发展模式和具体思路研究

摘　　要：文章借鉴区域经济发展的演化理论,探讨了临空经济发展的主要阶段和动力机制,并基于广州临空经济发展的现实情况,提出了广州临空经济发展的具体模式和思路。研究认为:临空经济的演进是基础动力、内生动力和外源动力共同推进的结果;应构建以广东省机场管理集团公司为主导的"一园三区"广州临空经济发展模式;应通过推动航空主业和航空经济产业园的联动、建立产业发展平台、创新经营模式和打造产业集群等措施来推动临空经济的发展。Based on the evolutionary theory of regional economic development, the paper discusses the main stage and mechanism of airport economic development. And combined with the reality of Guangzhou airport economic development, the paper puts forward the development model and ideas of Guangzhou Airport Economy. It suggests that： basic, endogenous and exogenous power force is the main driving force to promote the economic evolution of airport economy; Guangdong Airport Management Corporation should lead the ＂one park and three areas＂ pattern of development, and take effective measures to drive the airport economic development by promoting the linkage between the main aviation industry and the aviation economy industrial park, establishing industrial development platforms, innovating business model, and building industry clusters.
