摘  要:为更准确地控制施工质量,并进一步提高水泥碎石的路用性能,系统研究了振动成型方式下的水泥碎石最大干密度、无侧限抗压强度、抗裂能力、弯拉强度及抗疲劳能力等,并与静压成型结果进行了对比.同时将现场芯样的无侧限抗压强度及压实程度与室内试验结果进行对比,以验证室内成型方式的合理性.结果表明,振动成型能够更有效地模拟现场碾压方式,采用振动成型设计的水泥碎石路用性能有较大幅度的提高,采用振动成型设计标准控制水泥碎石基层施工更为合理.In order to control the construction quality more accurately and to further improve the pavement performance of the cement macadam,this paper deals with the cement macadam obtained through the vibration molding method in terms of the maximum dry density,the unconfined compressive strength,the crack resistance,the flexural and tensile strength,the fatigue resistance,etc. Then,the results are compared with those of the isostatic pressing method. Meanwhile,the unconfined compressive strength and compaction degree of the field core samples are compared with the laboratory test results,so as to verify the reasonableness of the interior molding method. It is found that the vibration molding can simulate the field compaction method more effectively and the vibration molding method dramatically increases the pavement performance of the cement macadam,so it is more reasonable to adopt the vibration molding design standards to control the cement macadam base construction.
