摘 要:介绍TRITOP测试系统的操作流程、测点布置规则和计算方法。应用TRITOP系统现场测试2根钢桥构件,得到8个外形尺寸指标。对基于这些测试数据不同抽样数量随机样本计算结果和混合样本正态分布图进行分析,并与桥梁工厂采用常规方法测试得到的数据进行对比。研究表明,作为一种新的测试方法,TRITOP系统具有良好的测试精度,其测试软件提供了在计算机上实现对数据的各种特征进行分析的条件,未来开发应用前景广阔。The operation process, arrangement of measuring points and calculation method of TRITOP test system were introduced in this paper. Using TRITOP system to test two steel bridge components so as to obtain eight dimension index. Based on different test data, the analysis on computational results of random samples and normal distribution map for mixed samples were compared to the test data which obtained by the conventional method in bridge factory. This study showed that TRITOP system has good precision as a new testing method and provided conditions to analyze various characteristics of the data on the computer. TRITOP system is faced with a broader prospect of development and application in the future.
