摘  要:双层球罐开孔放样及制作在双层低温球罐制作工艺中是重点、难点。以双层低温不锈钢球罐外球壳开孔制作为例,介绍平面相贯线放样的原理及方法,并通过建立计算机三维实体模型比较,得到快速、准确的检验结果,可为今后类似工程的制作提供参考。Lofting technology of hole-making and manufacture technology for double-layer spherical tank are still a challenge for double-layer low-temperature spherical tank. Based on the hole-making process of outer spherical shell of double-layer low-temperature stainless steel spherical tank which was fabricated by our company, this paper introduced the principles and methods of lofting for interfingering lines. The accurate test results can be obtained quickly through comparing the three-dimensional computer entity model, which should be helpful to similar projects in future.
