摘　　要：分析了中国文化金融政策产生和变迁的背景,指出文化金融政策体系建设的原则是坚持创新驱动、协同配合、内外并举、科学化、精细化和差异化,目标是健全并完善我国的文化金融产业政策体系,深化行政改革、金融改革和财政改革,实现国家的治理系统现代化和治理能力现代化。This paper analyzes the background of the emergence and change of China＇s cultural and financial policy,points out that the principle of the construction of cultural and financial policy system is to insist on the innovation push,cooperative coordination, simultaneous development of both inside and outside, scientization, refinement and differentiation,and the purpose is to improve and perfect the cultural and financial industry＇s policy in China, deepen the the administrative reform, banking reform and financial reform, and realize the modernization of country＇s governance system and governance capacity.
