摘 要:目的优选丹参木耳降脂复方的最佳提取工艺。方法采用HPLC测定指标成分含量,以丹参素、丹酚酸B、总多糖和出膏率等4个指标综合评价,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验设计法优选最佳提取工艺参数。结果提取方法以加热回流提取最好,提取温度对提取工艺影响最大;最佳提取工艺为:100℃加热回流提取3次,每次2 h,第1次加水60 BV,第2、3次各加50 BV水。结论本提取工艺合理、稳定、重复性好,可用于丹参木耳降脂复方的提取。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Danshen Muer lipid-lowering compound.Methods By choosing the yield rate of the extract,the content of the Danshensu,Salvianolic acid B,total polysaccharides and their integrated value after being weighted as indexes,the content of these ingredients was determined by HPLC,and the parameter about the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design on the basis of single factor experiments.Results The extraction temperature had the greatest influence on extraction process.The optimum extraction conditions were:under 100 ℃,extracting 3 times and 2 h for each,each time adding water for 50 times volume after adding water for 60 times volume at the initial extraction.Conclusion This optimized extraction technology is reasonable,stable and reproducible,and it could serve as the foundation of following preparation research for the compound in the future.
