摘 要:目的考察龙须藤总黄酮对膝关节炎模型大鼠的抗炎作用。方法采用硅胶柱层析方法从龙须藤乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到龙须藤总黄酮,对膝关节炎症模型大鼠进行药物干预,以关节直径、足跖容积等指标评价龙须藤总黄酮对该模型的抗炎作用。结果龙须藤总黄酮给药剂量为1.7×10-3g/(kg·d)时的抗炎作用与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与阳性对照药物阿司匹林给药剂量为1.5×10-1g/(kg·d)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论龙须藤总黄酮对膝关节模型大鼠的抗炎作用显著,具有良好的应用前景。Objective To study the anti-inflammatory effect of the total flavones derived from Bauhinia championii on rat knee osteoarthritis.Methods Total flavones were separated from Bauhinia championii by silica gel column chromatography,and their anti-inflammatory effect was demonstrated by the rat model of knee osteoarthritis.The indexes of knee diameter and paw volume were observed.Results Compared with the model group,the anti-inflammatory effect was significantly different in the total flavones-treated group at a dose of 1.7 × 10^-3 g/(kg · d) (P〈 0.01).However,there was no significant difference between the total flavones from Bauhinia championii and the positive drug 1.5 × 10^-1 g/(kg · d) Aspirin treatment (P〉 0.05).Conclusion Total flavones derived from Bauhinia championii display a strong anti-inflammatory effect on rat knee osteoarthritis,which provides an evidence for clinical application.
