对临床科研成果转化过程中相关问题的初探

摘　　要：临床科研成果转化能力不足是当前我国医疗机构面临的普遍问题.本文通过分析当前临床科研转化现状,得出在医院范畴存在科研人员对转化前景的信心不足、医疗机构科研导向作用不够、临床应用研究较强的专业保护性、临床科研成果核心技术的自我保护能力弱等问题.并进而提出应调整科研转化在科研绩效考核中的比重、多形式开展科研合作、加强新型科管队伍建设的建议.Currently,the challenge of bridging the gap between clinical research and application is prevailing among medical institutions in China.After analysis of the underlying questions encountered in the process of translating clinical research findings to clinical practice,the following issues were raised：lack of confidence among researchers,insufficient motivation from medical institutions,the expertise barrier of medical research and difficulties of intellectual property protection for clinical research findings.Accordingly,this study suggests medical institutions to adjust the performance evaluation to weight more on clinical research transfer,institute various research collaborations,and improve the capacity of research management staff.
