摘　　要：为促进医院学科科研的可持续发展,北京大学人民医院将PDCA循环理论运用于学科科研管理,基于学科科研调研,建立了学科科研发展的梯级改进服务模式.通过该模式的实施,医院持续优化科研服务策略,为学科提供了有力的发展支撑平台与政策,有效促进了学科科研的全面发展.In order to secure a sustainable development of medical research,PDCA Cycle was applied in scientific research management of clinical subjects in Peking University People＇s Hospital,and the demand-oriented service mode for the development of scientific research of clinical subjects based on PDCA Cycle was constructed.Since the implementation of this mode,the service strategies were optimized continuously,and the development of medical research has been promoted greatly in recent years.
