微波联合干扰素治疗外阴尖锐湿疣临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究微波联合干扰素治疗外阴尖锐湿疣临床效果。方法:选择2011年3月至2013年3月我院接诊的80例外阴尖锐湿疣的患者进行研究。按照随机数表法,随机均分为观察组和对照组。对照组单纯采用微波进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上,联合使用α-2b干扰素肌肉注射进行治疗。治疗后,调查分析两组治疗的临床疗效、复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,发现观察组患者的总有效率(92.50%)明显高于对照组(52.50%),两组数据分析有显著性差异(u=-4.0295,P=0.0001)。复发率(5.00%)明显低于对照组(30.00%),两组比较有统计学意义(χ2=8.6580,P=0.0033)。两组患者的不良反应发生率无显著性差异(χ2=0.9486,P=0.3301)。结论:微波联合干扰素治疗外阴尖锐湿疣,可显著提高临床疗效,降低治疗的复发率,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objectives： To study the clinical effect of microwave combined with interferon in the treatment of vulvar condyloma. Methods： 80 patients with vulvar condyloma in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table method. Control group was treated with microwave while the observation group was treated with additional intramus- cular α - 2b interferon. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, the relapse rate and adverse events of the treatment were investigated and analyzed. Results： After treatment, the total efficiency （ 92.50% ） of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （ 52. 50% ）, with statistically significant difference （ u = - 4. 0295, P = 0.0001 ）. The recurrence rate （ 5.00% ） of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （ 30.00% ） , with statistically significant difference （X2 = 8. 6580, P = 0. 0033 ）. The incidence of ad- verse reaction in the two groups was not significantly different （X2 = 0. 9486, P = 0. 3301 ）. Conclusion： Microwave combined with interferon, in the treatment of patients with genital warts, can significantly improve the clinical out- comes and reduce the recurrence rate, which is worthy of wide application.
