摘　　要：目的提出一种基于机器视觉的石材连续磨机在线测量系统,提高石材磨机板材尺寸测量系统的精度和寿命.方法采用在石材磨机上架设线阵CCD相机的方式实现在线测量,根据光学成像原理,建立像素尺寸和物理尺寸的换算模型.通过测量不同石板灰度值,分析得到最佳阈值.应用最佳阈值提取石板宽度方向上扫描的边界坐标值,并通过换算模型,得到石板宽度数据.最后通过绘制机械测宽式与线阵CCD测宽式两种方法的测量的板材轮廓对比图进行误差对比分析,验证本系统的可行性与优越性.结果对多种常用石材进行灰度值检测和对比,获得最佳灰度值检测阈值为150.通过测量数据轮廓对比图可以看出采用线阵CCD获得的尺寸图形更接近石板的真实轮廓,比传统的机械式测量方法在精度上有很大的提高.测量精度达到2 mm.结论通过测量试验证明,该测量系统满足石材企业生产需求,并对不同颜色的石板都有较强的适应性可以有效地减少误差、提高工作效率.In order to improve the precision and the life of the stone mill measurement system,an online detection system of continuous rock grinder w as proposed based on the machine vision. According to the principle of optical imaging,the exchanging model of the physical size and the pixel size is established by using a method of setting up a linear CCD camera on the rock grinder. Then the optimal threshold value w as obtained,according to measuring the slab of the different gray values. The w idth data w ere obtained by using the optimal threshold value and the exchanging model to extract the boundary coordinate values of the slab w idth direction. Finally,by draw ing a comparison chart of the contour measurement data w ith the mechanical and linear CCD-w idth measure-ments,through contract and analysis of errors,the feasibility and superiority of the proposed system w ere verified. It is found that through comparison of different gray values of the slab,the optimal detection threshold is 150. The chart used linear CCD is more close to the true contours of the slab than the mechanical one and the accuracy can be greatly improved. The measurement accuracy is2 mm. It indicates that the proposed detection system can effectively reduce errors and increase efficiency. This system is applicable to stone production and it has strong adaptability for stone slabs w ith different colors.
