环峰式石膏旋流器的分离特性研究

摘　　要：针对火电厂石膏旋流器运行中存在短路流现象,导致溢流跑粗的问题,设计一种环峰式溢流管结构的新型石膏旋流器,并通过实验方法研究了其工作性能。结果表明,同一压强下与普通石膏旋流器相比,新型石膏旋流器的生产能力提高5%,分离效率提高13%;同时底流质量浓度和分级效率均高于普通石膏旋流器的相应指标,能够有效地缓解短路流,减少溢流跑粗问题,结构简单,易于使用。The gypsum cyclone is an important equipment of wet flue gas desulfurization system（WFGD） in power plant.There is a short-flow phenomenon in it, which leads more coarse particles discharged from the overflow pipe. In order to cut down shot-flow, design a structure of ring peak type overflow pipe gypsum cyclone, and an experimental investigation was conducted for the performance of the new gypsum cyclone. The result shows that： under the same pressure, the production capacity and separation efficiency of new gypsum cyclone can be increased about 5% and 13%,and both the concentration of underflow and classification efficiency of the new gypsum cyclone are higher than the general gypsum cyclone. The new gypsum cyclone can alleviate the short-flow effectively so that less coarse particles are discharged from the overflow, what＇s more, its structure is simple and easy to use.
