摘　　要：目的分析北京协和医院艾滋病疫情及相关特征。方法收集本院2008-2013年艾滋病疫情资料进行流行病学分析。利用2014年1月1日下载的艾滋病网络直报信息系统中截至2013年12月报告的艾滋病病毒感染者／艾滋病患者（（HIV／AIDS）定时数据库，采用SPSS18．0和Excel2007软件进行分析。结果2008—2013年本院共报告病例476例，HIV／AIDS报告病例呈上升趋势，报告例数占当年报告总例数的比例亦有上升，即从2008年的1-4％增加至2013年的5．4％；感染者年龄在7-80岁，20-40岁居多，共301例，占63．24％；男性400例，女性76例，男女之比为5．26：1；其中以性传播为主要途径，共389例，占总数81．72％，男男性行为传播所占比例有所上升。职业分布较广泛；患者163例来自北京地区，208例来自外省，33例来自外籍。结论2008—2013年北京协和医院HIV／AIDS报告例数逐年上升，外地患者居多，男性感染者居多，男性行为传播比例上升。需采取有效干预措施减少该人群的新发感染。Objective To analyze the epidemics situation of HIV/AIDS in our hospital. Methods The data on HIV/AIDS cases which were collected from 2008 to 2013 was processed and analyzed epidemiologically. Results The number of reported cases on HIV/AIDS among mobile population reflected a rising trend, increasing from 1.4% in 2008 to 5.4% in 2013. Of 476 cases, 400 cases were male and 76 cases were female, aged from 3 to 80 years old, with an average of 37 years old. The ratio of men to women was 5.26 to 1. The major transmission means was by sex, which accounted for 81.72 %. Conclusion The number of reported cases in our hospital increased year by year. In a bigger proportion of cases, the patients came from places other than Beijing. The majority infected was male, reflecting a significant higher number in homosexual. It has become urgent to make effort in finding solution for this group of patients.
