电子喉镜与鼻内镜下微波治疗吴氏鼻鼻咽静脉丛出血的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的探讨电子喉镜与鼻内镜下微波治疗吴氏鼻鼻咽静脉丛出血的临床疗效。方法 60例吴氏鼻鼻咽静脉丛出血的患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用鼻内镜下微波治疗;观察组采用电子喉镜下微波治疗。随访半年,对比两组患者的疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率100.0%,对照组总有效率83.3%,对照组总有效率低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的复发率、不良反应发生率分别为20.0%、16.7%,观察组分别为3.3%、3.3%,对照组的复发率、不良反应发生率均高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电子喉镜微波治疗吴氏鼻鼻咽静脉丛出血的临床疗效更为显著,值得临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of microwave therapy through electronic laryngoscope and nasal endoscope in the treatment of Woodruff naso-nasopharyngeal venous plexus hemorrhage. Methods A total of 60 cases with Woodruff naso-nasopharyngeal venous plexus hemorrhage were selected as study subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group received microwave therapy through nasal endoscope, and the observation group was treated by microwave therapy through electronic laryngoscope. The follow-up lasted for half a year, and the urative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, and that of the control group was 83.3%. The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of the control group were 20.0%and 16.7%, and those of the observation group were 3.3%and 3.3%. Recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate of the control group were higher than those of the observation group, and the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of microwave therapy through electronic laryngoscope is more effective in the treatment of Woodruff naso-nasopharyngeal venous plexus hemorrhage, and this therapy is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
