摘　　要：目的探讨计算机信息管理系统在单采血小板献血者招募和保留中的应用。方法利用计算机信息管理系统招募单采血小板献血者,分析该方法应用的招募效果。结果在计算机信息管理系统的应用下,提高了对单采献血者的招募效率。2013年比2012年增加单采血小板献血者的人数与2012年比2011年增加人数相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过将单采者招募信息纳入计算机管理,促使单采献血者队伍快速发展。Objective To investigate the application of computer information management system in the recruiting and reserving of apheresis platelets donors. Methods Apheresis platelets donors were recruited through computer information management system, and the recruiting effect of the system was analyzed. Results With the application of computer information management system, the efficiency of donor recruiting was improved. There was a statistically significant difference between the increased donor numbers from 2012 to 2013 and that from 2011 to 2012（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The inputting of donor’s information into the computer can promote the rapid increase in the number of apheresis platelets donors.
