摘　　要：以新《军队医院会计核算管理办法》颁布实施为背景,在总结分析历年来医院应用财经管理相关系统的基础上,提出由C/S结构升级为B/S的新型财经管理信息平台改造方案。Under the background of the issuance and implementation of the new Accounting Management Methods of the Army Hospital, based on the summary an analysis of the financial management system used by the hospitals, the modification scheme of new financial management information platform to be upgraded from C/S structure to B/S is proposed.
