摘　　要：以国家的五年计划为逻辑连接点,回顾了我国文化金融政策的发展历程,揭示了我国文化产业和金融产业政策互为环境的形成轨迹。Taking the national five-year plans as the logical connection points, this paper reviews the development history of China＇s cultural-financial policy, and reveals the forming track that both cultural industry policy and financial industry policy are environment for each other.
