丹参药材显微特征与品质的相关性研究

摘　　要：本研究主要采用石蜡切片法、HPLC法等对取自不同产地的丹参药材样品的显微特征、药材有效成分进行了测定与相关性分析,结果表明丹参药材的各显微特征,包括木栓层细胞列数、木栓层厚度、木栓形成层至形成层的细胞列数与厚度,木质部细胞列数与厚度以及两者之间比值、导管直径和每束导管数目等特征与药材产地、药材质量存在一定的相关性。Paraffin method was used to study the microscopic characteristics of Danshen sample form different production area and HLPC method was used to detect the active ingredients and carded out correlation analysis. The results indicated that there was a certain correlation between the production area, quality of Danshen and the microscopic characteristics which included cork layer cell number, cork layer thickness, the number and thickness of cork cambium to cambium layer, number and thickness of xylem cell layer, and the ratio of it, canal diameter and number of catheters and etc.
