摘 要:目的:建立延龄草总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:以薯蓣皂苷元为对照品,采用分光光度法,高氯酸显色,在408nm处测定吸光度,计算延龄草中总皂苷的含量。结果:薯蓣皂苷元在0.01~0.06mg·mL^-1的浓度范围内与吸光度值呈良好线性关系(R^2=0.9996),方法的平均回收率为99.43%,RSD为2.64%。结论:建立了延龄草中总皂苷含量测定方法,该方法操作简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可用于延龄草的质量控制。Objective: To establish the assay method of total saponins in Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. Method: The total saponins in Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. was calculated with diosgenin as reference. The medicine was in coloration with perchloric acid, and absorbability was detected at 408 nm by adopting spectrophotometric method. Result: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.01 mg.mL^-1~0.06 mg.mL1 (R^2 = 0.9996) . The average recovery of diosgenin was 99.43% and RSD was 2.64%.
