摘  要:目的:研究不同生长期乌头根际土壤微生物细菌群落结构的差异。方法:采用PCR-DGGE技术,研究不同产地不同健康状况的乌头根际土壤细菌群落结构的变化。结果:健康与患病乌头根际土壤细菌群落结构存在差异性,且患病植株具有能引起植物患病的病原种。结论:患病植株改变了乌头根际土壤的微生物细菌群落多样性,致病菌的存在导致了乌头植株的患病。根际土壤的健康状况对土壤微生物群落结构有显著影响,根际微生物群落结构的不同将导致植物对病原菌的抗性及品种差异。Objective: Study the structural differences of Wutou rhizosphere soil microbial bacterial communities in different growing season. Method: PCR-DGGE technology was applied to research the change of Wutou rhizosphere soil bacterial communities of different habitats and different health status of Wutou. Result: Difference can be detected between Wutou rhizosphere soil bacterial communities of health and illness Wutou, and diseased plants had pathogens which can cause illness of plants. Conclusion: Diseased plants change Wutou rhizosphere soil microbial bacterial communities, and existed pathogens induce the plant disease. The health status of the rhizosphere soil microbial community structure have significant impact on the rhizosphere microbial community structure differences which will lead to plant resistance to pathogens and species differences.
