摘　　要：目的：建立延龄草中鞣质的含量测定方法。方法：以磷钼钨酸法作为显色方法，采用紫外-可见分光光度法进行测定。结果：在0．0755～0．2012mg范围内吸光度与鞣质含量呈良好的线性关系（r^2=0．9991，n=9），平均回收率为100．10％，RSD=2．51％，n=9。结论：该法精密度、重现性良好，可作为延龄草中鞣质的含量测定方法。Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of tannin in Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. Method： The content of tannin in Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. was detected by molybdophosphate colorimetric method. Result： The absorbance with the tannin was linear within the range of 0.0755 mg - 0.2012 mg（r^2=0.9991, n=9）. The average recovery was 100.10% and RSD was 2.51% （n=9）. Conclusion： This method can be used for the quality control of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. with good precision and reproducibility.
