摘　　要：笔者收集整理穿山甲现代相关文献,通过对该药的主要炮制方法、大类化学成分、主要药理作用特点和临床主治等领域的要点进行分析研究,发现该药采用机制炮制方法优于传统砂烫等方法;其主要含蛋白质、氨基酸等成分;有扩张血管、促进血液循环、抗癌、抗心律失常及促进核酸代谢等作用;现代临床常用于妇科瘀滞之不孕症、乳腺小叶增生、乳腺炎、卵巢囊肿等多种疾病,拟为该药的开发应用提供参考。The relevant modem literature of Pangolin are collected and categorized. From the analysis of key points in the fields of main processing methods, categories of chemical compositions, characteristics of pharmacology action and clinical indications, it is found that the mechanism processing methods adopted is superior to the traditional ones, such as stir-baking in sand. It mainly contains protein and amino acid which have effect on dilating blood vessels, promoting blood circulation, anticancer, anti-arrhythmic, and promoting the metabolism of nucleic acid. It is commonly used to treat various modem clinical diseases, such as infertility caused by blood stagnation of gynecology, hyperplasia of mammary glands, mastitis and ovarian cysts etc. This article intends to offer reference to the development and application of this medicine.
