钻井液增黏剂SDA的合成与性能评价

摘  要:以对苯乙烯基苯磺酸(SS),二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,采用水溶液聚合法合成钻井液增黏剂SDA。确定了最佳合成条件:单体质量比m(SS)∶m(DMDAAC)∶m(AM)=4.5∶0.5∶5.0,单体用量30%,引发剂用量0.14%,体系pH 7,反应温度75℃,反应时间5 h。在此条件下,钻井液表观黏度达59 mPa·s,动切力达25 Pa,并具有较增黏剂FA367更好的耐温抗盐性能。A novel viscosity improver SDA was synthesized from sodium p-styrenesulfonate( SS),diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride( DMDAAC) and acrylamide( AM) by aqueous solution polymerization. The effects of reaction conditions such as mass ratio and concentration of monomers,amount of initiator,reaction time and temperature,and pH value on the properties of SDA were investigated. The results showed that apparent viscosity and yield point of the drilling fluid containing SDA could reach to 59 mPa. s and 25 Pa respectively when the synthesis conditions were as follows: m( SS) : m( DMDAAC) : m( AM) = 4. 5: 0. 5: 5,concentration of the monomer 30%,amount of the initiator 0. 14%,pH 7,temperature 75 ℃ and reaction time 5 hours. SDA had better heat-resistance and salt-tolerance than viscosity improver FA367.
