摘 要:结垢对于油气田开采、注水及排水工艺的实施危害极大。通过正交试验得到硫酸盐垢用清垢剂CNQG的最佳复配比为:乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、C酸、N酸质量比为1∶0.5∶1;清垢最优条件为:清垢温度50℃,清垢时间4 h,清垢剂浓度50 mg/L。还考察了温度、清垢剂浓度对CNQG清垢效果的影响,并与现场用清垢剂进行了清垢效果对比。结果表明,清垢温度为50℃、清垢剂浓度为40 mg/L时效果最好;CNQG清垢剂整体性能稍优于现场使用的其他3种工业品清垢剂。Scaling is great harm to the technique implementation of oil and gas drilling,water injection,and drainage. By the orthogonal test,the scale remover CNQG for sulfate was compounded as mass ratio of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid( EDTA),C acid,and N acid 1: 0. 5: 1; the optimum conditions of descaling were as follows: descaling temperature 50 ℃,descaling time 4 h,the concentration of scale remover 50 mg /L. The influences of the temperature of descaling and the concentration of CNQG on descaling effect were also investigated. And the descaling effects on the field scale samples were compared between CNQG and the scale remover used in situ. The best descaling effect was obtained when the descaling temperature was 50 ℃and the concetration of scale remover CNQG was 40 mg /L. The overall performance of CNQG is a bit better than other three industrial scale removers which used in fields.
