江苏省高毒农药的发展现状及监管对策分析

摘　　要：高毒农药,曾经农药历史舞台的重要角色,为农作物病虫害防治以及农业生产的增产增收作出过重大贡献。近年来,因高毒农药而引发的农产品质量安全事故时有发生,高毒农药也被推到风口浪尖,日益受到领导、公众和媒体的普遍关注。本文分析了江苏省高毒农药发展趋势、生产使用现状,及其存在问题和深层次原因,提出了加强高毒农药监督管理的对策措施,为进一步做好高毒农药监督管理工作提供参考。Highly toxic pesticide, used to be a big role, had made important contributions to crop pests control as well as increasement both in agricultural production and farmer income. Recently, frequent agricultural product quality safety accidents by highly toxic pesticide put hazardous agrochemicals on the cusp of the authority, the public and media. This paper analyzes the situation of highly toxic pesticide production, development trend, problems and underlying causes, and proposes some countermeasures of highly toxic pesticides which would be practical reference in management of agrochemicals.
