麻芍平喘汤对支气管哮喘大鼠气道重塑及IL-5、IL-13影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨麻芍平喘汤对支气管哮喘大鼠气道重塑及血清IL-5、IL-13的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠70只随机分为正常组、模型组、地塞米松组、阳和平喘组和麻芍平喘高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,造模28天后,正常组、模型组每天给予生理盐水灌胃,其他各组给予相应药物灌胃,2周后解剖大鼠并取出肺组织。结果:模型组肺组织病理学改变明显,对大鼠血清中IL-5和IL-13的影响麻芍平喘汤各剂量组与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药组与地塞米松组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),麻芍平喘高剂量组与阳和平喘组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麻芍平喘汤具有减轻哮喘气道炎症,干预气道重塑的作用。Objective： Research on Mashaopingchuan decoction to airway remodelling and IL-5, IL-13 in asthmatic rats. Methods： 70 male SD rats were randomLy divided into 7 groups： normal group, model group, hexadecadrol group; Yang HE learns group; Mashaopingchuan decoction high dose group, Mashaopingchuan decoction middle dose group; Mashaopingchuan decoction low dose group.After make model 28 days, normal group and model group were gived normal saline every day; others were gived relevant medicine.2 weeks anatomy rats and bring out lung tissue.Results ： The model group of lung tissue pathology changed obviously; The influence of IL-5 and IL-13 in rats serum; Mashaopingchuan decoction groups compared with model group had significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） , Chinese medicine groups compared with model group had obviously difference （ P〈0.05 ） , Mashaopingchuan decoction high dose group compared with Yang HE learns group no difference （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ： Mashaopingchuan Decoction could relieve asthma airway inflammation, intervention airway remodelling.
