摘 要:京石段工程作为南水北调中线先期完工的项目,已先后4次从河北省向北京市应急供水。渠道充水是输水全过程的第一个阶段,可靠合理的充水方案既能迅速准确地满足供水计划对时间和流量要求,又能保证输水建筑物的安全运行,节省充水水量。基于京石段4次调度运行数据,利用现代数据挖掘技术对数据进行量化分析和系统总结,研究充水过程中水流反应时间,总结历次充水的方法和规律,为南水北调中线全线调度运行充水过程提供有力的技术支撑。As the early completion scheme, Beijing-Shijiazhuang Section in the Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project (SNWDP) was used for four emergency water diversions from Hebei Province to Beijing Municipality. Canal water filling is the first stage of water conveyance. Reliable and rational water filling pattern can ensure a fast and accurate water supply and timely flow. It can also ensure safe operation of water transfer structures and save the amount of water filling. Based on the data of last four water diversions, quantitative analysis is conducted to the data by means of modern data mining technology; observation is done to the response time of flow to water filling; and summary is made to the method and pattern of each water filling. These have provided great technical support to the regulation of water filling of the project.
