摘　　要：文章研究联合作战军民融合问题,提出不断深化联合作战军民融合思想意识,构建完善联合作战军民融合体制机制,加强联合作战军民融合的平时准备。This paper studies the problem of civil-military integration in joint operations.It proposes to adopt the idea of deepening the integration of military and civilian in joint operations,build institutional mechanisms for civil-military integration in joint operations based on effects,and strengthen the readiness of civil-military joint operations in peace time.
