摘 要:制备甲醛捕捉剂乙烯脲,并研究其在不同条件下清除甲醛的效率.实验中以乙二胺和尿素在回流条件下反应制备了乙烯脲,采用高温蒸发冷凝结晶的方法对制得的固体产物提纯.对提纯后的产物进行熔点测试,乙烯脲的理论熔点133℃,测得产物的熔程132—133℃,与理论值相仿;对产物进行红外光谱分析,谱图表明产物确系为乙烯脲.实验对该产物进行了模拟除醛效率测试,测试发现,常温下质量百分浓度为8%的乙烯脲在4h内对甲醛吸收率为86.5%,效果明显.A conventional formaldehyde scavenger was prepared in this study, and the formaldehyde-eliminating efficiency of ethyleneurea under varied conditions was determined. The experiment carried out by reacting ethanediamine with urea under refluxing for the preparation of ethyleneurea, and purifying the solid product prepared in this experiment by high temperature evaporating-congealing crystallization. The purified product has been tested on melting point, and it came out that the melting range was 132-133 ℃,which get closed to the theoretical value 133 ℃ .The infrared spectra analysis confirmed that the product was ethyleneurea. In this experiment, the formaldehyde-removing simulation efficiency test on the product was executed, and the result showed that ethyleneurea with a concentration of 8%absorbed formaldehyde with the simulate concentration at a ratio of 86.5%at room temperature in 4 hours, so the effect was conspicuous.
