摘　　要：深化教育改革背景下,高校逐渐意识到实践教学模式对人才培养质量的重要性。面对文化产业的市场化和企业化对表演艺术人才社会责任感、创新意识和动手能力的要求,科学合理地设定体育表演人才实践培养的目标、精细的培养过程、严格的基地选拔管理和评估、正确的方法和手段是取得符合新时期人才培养质量要求的基本保证。Under the situation of deepening education reform, the importance of practical teaching mode comes to be realized by colleges. With the requirements of market-driven culture industry and enterprise to social responsibility and creative consciousness as well as practical capacity of sports performance talents, to design scientifically the practical training target of sports performance talents, delicate cultivating process, serious administration and evaluation of base selection, correct methods and means are the basis guarantee to achieve the quality requirement of talents cultivation in new era.
