他汀类药物联合前列地尔治疗冠心病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨他汀类药物联合前列地尔在冠心病治疗中的临床意义。方法将本院收治的136例冠心病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各68例,试验组患者采用他汀类药物联合前列地尔治疗,对照组患者采用阿司匹林治疗,对比分析两组患者治疗前后血脂和血液流变学指标。结果治疗后试验组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、全血高切还原黏度、全血低切还原黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原变化幅度均显著优于对照组。结论他汀类药物联合前列地尔可以有效改善冠心病患者血脂水平和血液流变学异常,对提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To explore the clinical value of statin medications combined with alprostadil on the treatment of coronary artery disease. Method 136 patients who got medical treatment in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group, patients in experimental group were cured with statin medications combined with alprostadil, while patients in control group were cured with aspirin. Then compared the blood lipid and blood rheology indexes of two groups. Result After treatment, the levels of experimental group patients’ TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, whole blood high/low shear reductive viscosity, blood viscosity, platelet maximum aggregation rate, ifbrinogen were signiifcantly better than control group. Conclusion Statin medications combined with alprostadil could improve the abnormal blood lipid and blood rheology status effectively, they have important values on improving the living quality of patients with oronary artery disease.
