摘　　要：以湖北省中医院为例,在阐述国家中医临床研究基地及其标准化建设重要性的基础上,从系统目标、角色、业务流程等角度分析基地标准化建设需求,设计标准信息管理系统功能,探讨系统实现过程中的一些关键技术,包括标准体系分类编码设计、快速输入技术等。Taking Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example, on the basis of elaborating the importance of research base construction and standard development, the paper analyzes standard construction demands from the aspects of system object, the role, business process, etc. The function of standard information management system is designed, the key technologies in system realization process are discussed, including classification and coding design of standard system, fast input technology, etc.
