摘　　要：介绍医院管理和医院信息系统的概念,分析现代化医院信息机构的定位和职能,包括为决策部门提供信息支持、保障医院信息系统正常运行、为临床医务人员提供信息服务等方面,指出信息机构必须不断加强技术建设与自身业务建设,才能满足医院现代化发展的需求。The paper introduces the concept of hospital management and hospital information system, analyzes the orientation and function of information department, including providing information support for decision - making department, ensuring normal operation of the hospital information system, providing information service for clinical staffs, etc. It also points out that information department should strengthen technology construction and business construction, so as to meet the needs of hospital modem development.
