摘 要:以普通玉米郑单958(ZHD958)、糯玉米中诺二号(ZHN2)为试验材料,比较分析了铅(Pb2+)胁迫对不同品种玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度的Pb2+胁迫对2个玉米品种种子萌发或幼苗生长有一定的促进作用,而中高浓度铅溶液处理对2个品种幼苗有较强的抑制作用,抑制效应在2个玉米品种间有差别;随着Pb2+浓度的提高,Pb2+胁迫对玉米种子萌发的抑制作用增强,玉米种子的根长、芽长及根苗鲜重、干重明显降低;高浓度Pb2+对玉米种子根生长的抑制作用大于对芽长的抑制。Maize varieties ZHD958 and ZHN2 were used as experimental materials to study the effects of different Pb^2+concentrations on the seeds germination and seedlings growth. The results showed that lead had obvious inhibitory effects on the germination of Maize seeds with the treatment of high concentration of pb^2+.When Pb^2+ concentration was lower than 125mg/L, it could promote the germination rate of Maize seeds. With the increasing of Pb^2+ concentration, the inhibitory effects on the seeds germination was stronger, and the roots length,buds length,fresh weight of roots and buds,dry weight of seedlings decreased obvi- ously.The inhibitory effects on the growth of the roots was stronger than that of the buds.
