摘  要:为了建立横向磁场直线开关磁阻电机(transverse flux linear switched reluctance motors,TFLSRM)的解析数学模型,首先分析TFLSRM的结构和磁路特点,建立TFLSRM的磁路等效模型,采用直线磁路和变椭圆系数的椭圆形磁路分割法推导等效磁路的气隙磁导解析式,确定以磁导表示的绕组电感和磁链,建立了推力和法向力的数学模型。有限元分析结果验证了所建数学模型的正确性,利用该模型分析了改变次级极宽和气隙长度对电机推力和法向力的影响,半实物仿真实验结果验证了所建模型的有效性。In order to propose the mathematical model of transverse flux linear switched reluctance motor (TFLSRM),the structure and principle of TFLSRM were analyzed and the mathematical model of the magnetic equivalent circuits was constructed.The calculation formulas of the air-gap permeances in all-position range for a phase cycle were derivated on the assumption that the gap magnetic field was cut apart by straight lines and elliptical curves.The inductance and flux linkage of a phase which were expressed by the air-gap permeance were obtained,the mathematical model of thrust force and normal force was constructed.The validity of the proposed mathematical model was verified by the results of the finite element analysis.There was great influence on thrust force and normal force with different widths of secondary side pole and air-gap lengths.The hardware in the loop simulation experiment was done to prove the validity of the proposed mathematical model.
