摘 要:以一台车用柴油机为原型,构建了柴油机低温燃烧仿真模型。在试验台架上进行了柴油机低温燃烧的实验研究,并在kiva-3v仿真平台上对低温燃烧过程进行了相关的数值模拟。分别探讨了不同的EGR率和喷油时刻对低温燃烧过程,如缸内温度、放热率及排放的影响。研究结果表明,仿真模型较好地模拟了柴油机低温燃烧过程,仿真结果与实验结果基本符合;应用EGR和推迟喷油可以有效降低排放,但是过大的EGR和过晚的喷油也会带来不利影响。Based on a vehicle diesel engine, a low - temperature combustion (LTC) simulation model was build. The process of the low - temperature combustion was simulated on the kiva - 3v platform, and the experiments on the engine test bench were performed. By the model above, the effects of different exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) rate and fuel injection timing on the low -temperature combustion processes, such as the cylinder temperature, heat release rate and emissions were respec- tively discussed. The results show that this model can simulate the low - temperature combustion process well, the numerical data agree with experimental one reasonably. The introduction of EGR and delaying fuel injection timing can effectively reduce emis- sions, but the too large EGR rate and the too late fuel injection timing would bring adverse effects.
