摘　　要：简述了物流企业仓单质押的涵义及作用,并指出物流企业在开展仓单质押业务时会面临来自企业内外的双重风险,物流企业可以通过谨慎选择质押物、提升内部管理水平以及构建信息化管理平台等措施来降低和减少风险。In this paper, we introduced the connotation and effect of the warehouse receipt pledge business of logistics enterprises, pointed out the two-fold risks faced by the logistics enterprises in operating such businesses and discussed the measures available to the logistics enterprises to reduce and eliminate these risks.
