摘　　要：在对建筑陶瓷行业现状分析的基础上,指出了陶瓷原料集中配送的优势和特点,然后有针对性地分析了建筑陶瓷原料集中配送策略,具体包括陶瓷原料流通加工策略、原料配送中心设立的主要途径、配送车辆选择与milk run循环策略、陶瓷原料集中配送MIS设计,最后提出政府应出台配套政策支持与鼓励陶瓷原料集中配送的发展。In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the current status of the construction ceramics industry, we pointed out the advantage and characteristics of the centralized distribution of ceramics raw materials, then accordingly subjected the distribution strategy to a close scrutiny, and at the end, argued that the government should provide the corresponding policy support to the development of the centralized distribution practice of the industry.
