摘　　要：在回顾BSC理论研究的基础上,结合快递企业的具体特征,构建了基于BSC的快递企业绩效评价体系;并采用层次分析法确定了各评价指标的权重,运用模糊综合评价法演算评价结果;最后将所建立的绩效评价体系运用在某快递企业上,以此来验证指标体系的可行性和科学性。In this paper, on the basis of a review of the BSC theory, and in connection with the specific characteristics of the express delivery enterprise, we built the express enterprise performance evaluation system based on BSC, determined the weight of the evaluation indexes through AHP, then used the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach to calculate the evaluation result, and at the end, applied the system established to a certain express enterprise to test its feasibility and validity.
