摘　　要：首先分析了社会物流统计体系发展中面临的困境,然后分析了青岛市外部环境的变化和社会物流统计体系转型的机遇,最后提出建立基于云计算的社会物流统计体系转型模型图,通过云计算、大数据挖掘技术的应用,实现社会物流统计报告服务于政府、企业,实现第三方公共信息平台、行业协会四方共赢的模式,促进物流行业的资源有效配置,实现行业转型升级。In this paper, we first analyzed the dilemma of the development of the social logistics statistics system, introduced the changes in the external environment of Qingdao and the opportunities brought by such changes for the transformation of its social logistics statistics system, and at the end, on the basis of the cloud computation, presented the model diagram for the transformation of the social logistics statistics system of Qingdao.
