摘　　要：干扰素刺激基因15蛋白(ISG15)是一种类泛素蛋白,可在干扰素刺激下由isg15基因编码产生。其在序列、结构和功能上均与泛素类似,能够通过酶级联反应共价修饰靶蛋白。ISG15及其类泛素修饰系统参与免疫应答,是干扰素发挥抗病毒效应的重要途径。目前已证明ISG15可针对多种病毒发挥抗病毒活性,包括逆转录酶病毒、大DNA病毒、正链RNA病毒和负链RNA病毒等。论文综合近年来的研究成果,对ISG15及其类泛素修饰系统进行了简要介绍,并重点讨论了ISG15的抗病毒活性及其机制。Interferon-stimulated gene 15 （ISG15）is a kind of ubiquitin （Ub）-like protein,which is coded by isg 15 gene under interferon stimulation.It is similar to Ub in sequence,structure and function,which can covalently modify target protein by enzyme cascade.ISG15 and its Ub-like modification system participate in the immune response,which is an important pathway for the interferon exerting antiviral effect.It is demonstrated thatISG15 could play antiviral activity against various viruses,including retrovirus,large DNA virus,positive-strand virus and negative-strand virus,et al.In this paper,we synthesized the re-search achievements in recent years,introduced ISG15 and its Ub-like modification system briefly,and dis-cussed ISG15 antivirus activity as well as its mechanism in detail.
